Well, why didn't Floyd fight Margo or Paul Williams since fighters that throw a lot of punches don't bother him? Oh that's right they have a height and reach advantage. And yes they were welterweights. Even though Pac is short in height and reach I think he will give Floyd problems due to his footwork. As long as Pac can keep the energy up and keep moving it will be a close fight . If he slows down he will be in trouble.

Just because a fighter is overall better or greater doesn't mean they are better at everything

Judah is better than Manny at countering and timing shots...Judah places his shots and he lands flush.....Also Judah had faster defensive reflexes than Manny.....Judah is/was a natural counter puncher so I just cant say Manny will land more because he throws more

Majority of Most of Mayweathers fights he is out thrown by hundreds and outlands his opponents anyway

Maidana,Hatton and Jesus Chavez threw the kitchen sink at him and he ****** it up like a champ and adjusted.
Again, when Zab thru his fast punches they connected. Zab just is an inconsistent fighter. If Zab did this (inconsistent) against only Floyd, OK but that is not the case.

Those that tried to throw the kitchen sink gassed out enough in the 2nd half of those fights that gave Floyd a chance to win it. If Maidana had the stamina he would have done what he did for 12 rounds. Hatton could only be Hatton at 140. At 147, against bigger guys, he tired out.

What's more important than quantity is quality. When Zab thru a quality punch, it gave him an advantage in winning the round. Castillo did the same. Manny can do that too.

Manny will do so but I don't think he'll do it enough to win

Hatton was the bigger guy against Floyd...Floyd was only taller

        Hatton started @ 140
Pbf started at 130 and only fought above 140 4x before they met @ 147

Manny showed against Bradley and others that he is a warrior. You come at him, he will come back at you even harder. Zab crumbles and that was Floyd's game plan.

Hatton had a style that was made for 140. He could not do that at 147. It was too tiring for him to do that for 12 rounds against bigger fighters. Hatton never looked good at 147.

If pacmans gameplan is just to try to outthrow mayweather it probably wont work, he will get countered alot and mayweather will use his reach to keep manny at a distance and catch him coming in. And if he does get close mayweather has great defense too

2006-05-13 Ricky Hatton vs Luis Collazo by simbros3

Ricky struggled at WW. He said himself that he has to grow into WW. He also says that Collozo isnt like a Floyd mayweather yet he struggled with him.
He had two fights a LWW after his first WW bout with Collozo ( that he looked bad in). Floyd saw this and not only did he outweigh Ricky at WW he made him move up with no chance to do it healthy. Like he did with JMM.

If and when Manny lose. Can I ask you will you give floyd credit? If he walks him down and beat him up.

Absolutely. I cant stand Floyd at all! But if he beats Manny straight up id give him 100 % credit. As long as the ref didnt help. Or The judges dont rob Manny.

No no no your hedging. I'm talking about walking him down beating him up. The red or the judges don't come into play when a fighter is getting there ass kicked all night. I'm saying if he beats him up or stop him will you give him credit.

Floyd isnt knocking him out be real... more like potshot his way to a split decision
