The following is a guest post by Nate Green, who works with Dr. John Berardi, nutritional advisor to athletes like UFC champion Georges St. Pierre (GSP). This is the first of two blog posts entailing extreme physical experiments. Absolutely no performance enhancing drugs of any kind were used. Part 1 — this post — details […]

      Hope that'll help.

a lot of ppl think your chin gets worse as you move up. opposite.

you actually take better punches when you're heavier. problem is the guys there where you move up to is much more powerful.
I just thought if Floyd dropped him on his arse then surely 147 a side Meth Pacmonster would drop him and maybe kill him. I feared for Marquez in that fight.

        I think Pac underestimated him.

floyd has more pop than he gets credit for. what he did to chico he could do to most WW at least a few years ago. i don't know if it's because his hands or don't wanna take risks vs. dangerous, bigger opponents. maybe both.

i think dumb roach tried to have pac box jmm. do what floyd did. but pac can't do that. against a lot of guys like diaz or cotto or hatton yeah.

              but he can't outbox jmm.

That's the thing about Pac fanboys. They literally know nothing about the sport.

and if pac cut 10-15 lbs. at 130-135 lbs. but doesn't at 147.

                    HE'S THE SAME SIZE.

                    use your brain, man.
Tua, no one is referring to size. My God, you are trying so hard to take this conversation to a certain topic so you can "win"

I'll try and type slow so you can understand:

Struggling to make weight, dehydrating to make it, then gaining 10-15lbs overnight is not the same as not having to cut anything.

Please. Please, please, please. Don't respond until you acknowledge this.
