Didn't watch it yet, but I've always had a soft corner for Afolabi cuz I respect his hustle of starting out very late in boxing, but he has had far too many chances now, so can't feel bad.

IBF interim strap? Obviously needed to be done since Hernandez is barely active. Ramirez is active atleast. I supposed this sets up a Ramirez/Hernandez bout.

Doesn't surprise me, Afolabi has a sparring partners mentality. Glad Ramirez is back though, I remembered the name but couldn't put a face to him then remembered he was the one who broke my heart taking Alekseev's soul, I was so high on that guy when he was coming up.

... Deliver this Ramirez to Dmitry Kudryashov -- the Russky lumber sexual will know better what to do to him...

I didnt even know about this fight; thought Afolabi was supposed to be facing Hernandez for the title this summer for some reason.

****ing hell. Been a fan of Afolabi through his ups and downs, but havent paid him any attention after that terrible performance in his third fight with Huck.

I expect we'll be seeing Ola move up to heavyweight before long.

YPH didn't retire. He acutually had very serious health problems and then had to box although not beeing healthy. Barely won but got a new injury. He's actually so low on money that he will have to box again so he can pay the money he owes to his side woman he has a child with.
