The answer is no, Eastern Europe is gradually taking over boxing with a slew of good fighters who fans want to see because of their tremendous power and highlight reel kos.

So in other words, the only racist here is YOU as you are ignoring all other American boxers other than blacks. Shouldn't your thread be titled "Are Blacks taking boxing back?"?

I don't ignore the nonblack American boxers. Butterbean and Malignaggi are okay. Notice that if I spoke about "black people" I could have mentioned Mayweather (ww), Lara (lmw), Quillin (mw), Ward (smw), Stevenson (lhw), Wilder (hw) and also Rigondeaux (sbw), Walters (fw), Crawford (lw), etc. But I didn't do that, I ask if AMERICAN boxers, not black boxers, are taking back boxing.

Develop somebody that can beat Floyd Mayweather Jr and Andre Ward....then I will believe your theories of how you're country or region of the world is "TAKING OVER BOXING"

However cong**** for finally having a few good fighters from your country in the sport of boxing after SO MANY YEARS! Now you have a lot of catching up to do so...GOOD LUCK!

Talk **** about America all you want but your favorite fighter needs this country to make money in the sport and have a desire to be a Superstar HERE IN THE USA and not in his own country

So mayweather and ward=boxing? Because ward is a huge draw. Because ward has fought so many people outside of Oakland. Because the welterweight division =boxing.

Boxing has always had champs from all over the world. 1 champ in 1 weightclass, because ward is too inactive to be listed as one, does not mean America has taken over boxing.

And yeah they go to America for the money as well but surely that's an even bigger mockery? Them coming over, beating American fighters and earning money from it?

But look man, I personally support fighters based on the fighter, not their country. If you want to refuse to admit that America is not the boxing superpower it once was then so be it.

No, they might take over PBC though.

One by one butthurt mongers like $£X must declare every division in boxing "dead" because a foreign champion reigns.

No but if you're taking over or "Dominating Boxing" it would really help your argument by taking out the VERY BEST would it not. Don't tell me how you're dominating and taking over boxing when the Consensus #1 P4P Fighter in the World is American and Ward was #2, he lost it due to inactivity because of issues with his promoter, not because somebody beat him. To be the BEST...YOU HAVE TO BEAT THE BEST!

Ward don't need to fight out of Oakland because he is blessed to be in AMERICA, he can fight in front of a small crowd and still pull in a great Payday

Coming over and beating an American...that fact that you make that such a big deal only shows me how HIGHLY you really think of America and how important that is TO YOU . Some guy from another country beats an American people are Starting Threads and Celebrating, American beat a guy from another Country...NOBODY CARES!

It is a Saying that goes "ACT LIKE YOU BEEN THEIR BEFORE WHEN YOU WIN" well that is not the case with some fans, they never been here before and is not use to having Great Fighters and Great Tradition so when they do finally get a good fighter or 2 they don't know how to behave.

Terrance Crawford going to whip Ricky Burns in front of his crowd, nobody made big deal about that and turned it into "OH USA BOXING IS #1" you wanna know why that is? Because US Boxing are use to having GREAT FIGHTERS! It is hard to impress US fans because we have seen so many great fighters with so many different styles
