Broner wasn't willing to fight Khan at 147 and requested a catch-weight, but you think he'll go up to 147 to fight a bigger, stronger, better fighter in Brook?

Bradley has reportedly been in talks to fight Vargas and will be a mandatory for Brook's title next, a situation that would only entitle him to 25% of the purse.

I hate the Gavin fight, but a Rios fight is fine.

My preferences are many, realistically, with the right big money offer and the right venue, Brook could and should be getting someone like Thurman, Bradley, JMM, Maidana or Alexander. These are all names viable for a "big" fight and with the money Hearn has at his disposal, there's no way these fights can't be made financially.

Rios would have been a good tune up. Nothing more.

eddie hearn really fcking about now, kell should jump from him,he is never gonna get the big fights he "wants" while whit hearn, iv no respect for brook or khan until they step up and fight the big names in the division, and not fckin rios, i mean thurman, bradley, either way their name and/or titles they hold/will hold will mean nothing if they avoid thurman and bradley

Devon Alexander? you must be having a laugh.

In what world is he a better opponent than Brandon Rios? It's obvious they tried to get JMM over but he probably either prices himself out or didn't want to go to the UK. Haymon doesn't want Thurman to go to the UK, Bradley is fighting an eliminator to face Brook and Khan is ducking. Considering all, Rios is a good fighter coming off a good win and always brings the heat. Goes to war.

Alexander.. Haha. He got completely out hustled by the guy Brook just schooled. And then lost to the guy that is now ducking Brook.

How about he's actually coming off a win?

Choosing Alwxander would not only be a pathetic cherry pick it would also be a guaranteed stinker.

They are putting Brook on PPV and Alwxander is simply not PPV worthy.

ok so as long as your coming off a win your a good fighter, doesnt matter if your fighting the best or not.

Cherry picking exists because of fans like you.

Ok well at least 4 of those are not realistic.

JMM was their first choice and Hearn would make that fight easily if Marquez said he wanted to fight again but we don't know if he is going to.

Maidana is getting married this summer or something and weighs 300lbs at the moment. Not fighting until September I believe.

Thurman is probably the best option but Haymon is not sending him to Sheffield in July. He wants to build Thurman on NBC, whilst Hearn wants to build Brook in the UK. That fight has not reached its potential yet.

Bradley - don't know. He's getting $2million guarantees apparently to fight the likes of Jessie Vargas and Cornholio Bumdrage....how much is he going to want to travel to face Brook?

Alexander - LOL.....just got whitewashed by Khan. That would be a horrific PR disaster if he was Brook's big summer opponent.

Rios is kinda underwhelming I agree but he's a name, has HBO backing and is an exciting fighter that people want to watch. I would prefer Marquez but the others you listed are unrealistic.
