Quigg is being overlooked in this fight. Both Frampton/Quigg are quality.

There is no need for this fight to be on PPV unless both fighters are taking the lions share of the revenue.

Following Hearn's press release and the details of Quiggs contract that were revealed, Frampton could counter with an offer for £500k with the fight on ITV. It's guaranteed for Quigg & he gets the fight he wants.

The only reason this fight isn't happening is Hearn. The forum's reaction to Quigg suggest that Hearn isn't doing him too many favours with his career management.
