Anyone else notice gabe rosado....

I noticed that quite a few people on this site generally don't like English speaking Latinos (non Mexican) from the east coast. My theory is there are a lot of nerdy type dudes on this forum and they can relate to immigrant Latino,Asian or even Eastern European fighters who lack style and personality (not their fault, language barrier) because they themselves lack in those departments...

Difference is they have no excuse they grew up in this country. Point is the young,American,urban fighters remind them of the guys who used to pick on them in highschool (probably still do). Well adjusted non beta dudes don't even notice anything weird in the way "those type" of fighters act because they aren't viewed as a threat and we can just enjoy the sport without making it about "I hope he loses because he reminds me of the guy who used to smack me around back in the day"

I just think Rosado is a ****, it doesn't go deeper than that

Well don't worry I don't share that view because I'm not american....I'm european so naturally I tend to gravitate more towards Europeans as they are a bigger feature in the ams as well as pros for me. But I never mentioned wanting gabe to lose. I even said he's a brave fighter with heart. Hell, I don't like mayweather as a person but I appreciate his skills and sometimes even root for him.
I didn't grow up in America so your whole idea of East Coast, Hispanic or urban predudice doesn't ring a bell for me. I just thought it was an odd way for him to talk and disrespecting shane Mosley seemed a bit far.

Rosado's a really chill dude. I've met him in person and he was always taking pictures with fans and talking to people. I could tell the chick that was with him while all this was going on was enjoying the attention too LOL.

But he can definitely turn it on for the cameras a bit. He's just trying to hype up his fights I guess... I mean you kinda have to when you're on a losing streak

Kovalev has a personality. It's just very different from Naseem and the likes. Did you see the way kovalev mocked pascal's wobbly legs during the fight? If anything kovalev's a bully! I didn't care much about the ko against zab but rather the way he threw a tantrum after it. Are you trying to tell me that maidana, a bully in himself who uses illegal tactics, is praised by people who hate bullies when he beat up broner? Gtfo with this logic man. I root for fighters because of their style and skills. Rarely for their personality. If it makes you feel any better I rooted for gabe when he fought quillin. Neither of the two are bullies.
