Who rightfully should turn it down because he would clearly be outclassed. But there's reports that he also wouldn't have to fight an elim. Because Brook and Gavin are both with Hearn.

Both scenarios make sense to me.

But then there's Bradley. Why can't he just jump straight into the fight with Brook? It's obvious he's interested because he excepted the eliminator. But does he need it? He would definitely be the biggest name and best fighter Brook has ever fought.

    My thought...

    Brooks ducking big time.

    Khans a duck, Brooks a duck, Gavin's a duck.

    The UK stay ducking T-Brad.

    What say you?
Yeah Brooks trying not to get KO'd by Tim "Iron fist" Bradley... lol! In all seriousness, its obvious Brook wants a $ fight. Bradley doesnt bring that revenue unless hes fighting guys like Marquez or Pacquiao, so to call Brook a duck is harsh because Im sure hed fight him if the $$$ was right. But you are correct Khan is a Duck and who is Gavin? lol

      It doesn't really make sense.
He's not fighting Frankie Gavin instead he's fighting Frankie Gavin to stay busy between now and July by fighting on an undercard at the last minute. What don't you understand?

If Khan didn't duck him he wouldn't be fighting on May 30th.

Rios is a big name and that's looking like who he's going to fight in July.

Marquez obviously also would have been a big name.

The July fight will be a big name fight whoever it is.

Atleast the tune up is going be a quick turn around, he fought in April, he's going to fight again in May, then again a few months later.

I think Rios is a decent fight, would prefer Thurman or Marquez but Rios won't be an easy fight IMO plus he's a big name.
He needs to be fighting top 10 guys only at this stage of his career, his apprenticeship is over. He proved he's the goods with the Porter win, now it looks like he's gonna fight 3 (at least) below par opposition in a row.

The only way the Rios fight will be competitive is if the ref doesn't allow Brook to excessively clinch. Brook hasn't got the quickest of feet so Rios can definitely catch up to him, but if the ref allows Brook to clinch every time Rios gets in range (which he obviously will), it will be dead easy for Brook.

I'm hoping it ends up like Margs vs Cotto 1 though. Brook is starting to piss me off having earned my respect in the Porter fight.

              Rios ain't a bad fight.

His next mandatory could possibly be Bradley.

There's Khan once he stops ducking him.

              Brook wants the big fights.

They want nothing of Thurman or Bradley

Instead they want slow footed rios

Brook: "I'm the only champion in the division besides mayweather and pacquaio"

                  Definitely isn't acting like it.

lol come on man Rios is no good, certainly not a top 10 fighter.

Brook can't just wait around for Khan and keep fighting these guys. Brook is doing exactly what he's accusing Khan of doing. Khan ain't fighting the top guys in hopes of landing the Pac vs Floyd winner and Brook seems to be doing the same until he lands Khan.

Brook seems like a decent guy and I know it's not him who picks the opponents, but he needs to put some pressure on Hearn to find him opponents people wanna see him fight.
