This is great, a Ward fan (is that even a thing) complaining about another fighter not moving up but Andre was like "I'm moving to LHW after the Super Six!"

    What happened Andre?

      Or

he can dare to be great and move up a measly 8 lbs. Especially considering that weight classes are much closer together than before. Thats why I hate when people compare him to hagler since hagler stayed at mw. But there was only a super mw after he retired. A year after if I remember correctly.

Men makes the belts, belts don't make the man. So in this case it is meaningless because the man he would be beating means nothing to me. Now if he picks up the strap that is fine I get why he wants it, but there really isn't any great meaning in that win.

He goes after the two belts and then what? Who would he beat for the belts? lee or quillin & n'dam or lemeuix?

thats one hell of a resume
so what do you suggest? Should he just retire?

Is it his fault that the other "names" at 160 (except Lee) break out on hives just looking at GGG's photo, and the one main challenge at 168 needs 3 more tuneups before he can face a live body?

Successfully unifying a division and becoming the lineal champ always means something. Silly post.

Of course there are gonna be people who have to take a crap on a birthday thread.

              Happy b-day, GGG.

he beats cotto and then what?
If the only thing that happens is the Cotto-tards get put in their place and STFU it will be worth it. And Cotto is currently the WBC, lineal, RING middleweight champion so he is a valid target as long as he holds those titles. Can't have it both ways, saying that GGG shouldn't be picking on Cotto but then brag about Cotto being champ. Fight GGG or VACATE!!!

If only Cotto fans were actually intelligent enough to realize that, things would be a lot more pleasant around here. Cotto is also welcome to try and clean out the division and unify the titles. He can start with his mandatory against GGG.

No I'm not suggesting he should retire. Stop reaching. Are you suggesting that the challenge at 168 is only ward?

To me talking in absolutes like that is very silly because it is not always the case and you know it.

Longevity means something, so if he can stay on top of the division for 5 to 7 years he has something to brag about regardless of who he beats. I am cool waiting 5 or 7 years to judge him, are you?

I'm not having it "both ways" as you are putting it. NSB posters are the ones that were calling cotto a shot, blown up welterweight and that martinez is too much for him.

So all of a sudden when it comes to GGG is isn't what most NSB posters claimed?

I agree if he doesn't fight his mando that he should vacate. I have stated that plenty of times.
