Yes he does.this is a business.bradley is clearly the 3rd best welter on the planet and porter isnt top 10.he is 11th.he has to earn it.thats bradley taking a step back.it would be a good fight imo but that means squat.

No he doesn't. Bradley is not a box office boxing Kingpin that Porter has to "earn" a fight with. Both are ranked fighters in their division and the fight makes sense if they both want it.
