I'm sure it's not 100% accurate and can be misleading, but the same is true about Compubox and that is a somewhat recent technology that has been incorporated into mainstream boxing and is now very important to fans. Literally two guys with clickers in their hands. I'd wager the chip technology is probably more accurate than compubox in fact.
What was the BKB crap?

Yeah, that felt weird. The fight was heating up, and just like that it was over.
Why is it 2 minutes and not 3, all they did was take ropes away, am I missing something. I didn't see either guy do anything different than what they normally do.Comment

I hate compubox and I hate how some fans use it like it's all boxing isI'm sure it's not 100% accurate and can be misleading, but the same is true about Compubox and that is a somewhat recent technology that has been incorporated into mainstream boxing and is now very important to fans. Says the guy complaining about not showing ring girls, non traditional ringwalks or showing 'belts'.That is exactly the kind of thing that gets the attention of casual fans. It's new, it's technological gadgetry. Something like that would help PBC get over. Think of all the television shows that have websites to go along with the show. Some, like Walking Dead, even integrate the show with the site while the broadcast is on. Imagine a website that a fan could call up on their PC, tablet or smartphone to keep track of the punch count and power stats during the fight? That would get fans' attention.
Out of the box thinking. That is what gets people talking and recommending something to their friends to watch.

Put some fire around the circle and make them take their gloves off and I pay my money for that.Comment

We might be able to quantify pounds of pressure or count the punches we can see with our eyes.I'm sure it's not 100% accurate and can be misleading, but the same is true about Compubox and that is a somewhat recent technology that has been incorporated into mainstream boxing and is now very important to fans. We will never quantify will, heart, and desire. (This relates to the guy getting punched)Comment
