They didn't say who he'd fight either, could be a catch weight fight, 180 or so which he's done in previous fights. He just went through training camp and everything to make 175, I don't think he'd rush back down so soon, seems kind of hard to maintain.

He's big as hell but not really that tall, around 5'11, I always thought he was taller. Which explains why he looks so big and can still make LHW.

He will probably face a no name. I actually would like to see Artur vs Bika. Bika would definitely get him some quality rounds that he needs in his young career.

Could Bika be considered too dangerous right now ? He has never been stopped, it's kinda high risk, though I feel high reward too, Bika could maybe edge him on points if he made the fight ugly mid to late, nicking a decision should Artur fail in stopping him. Lacking rounds against a guy like Bika who is at least a solid contender in his own right, could be a huge oversight.

I'm sure Artur would stop Bika, but he is still a dangerous opponent for a seven fight novice.

I'd like to see some bigger guys in with him who can take his power and give him rounds.

Those bigger guys are probably cruisers

I was saying previously, he's too good for the fringe/contenders, and guys like Pascal and Hopkins are too dangerous right now, I'm starting to believe guys like Bika and Shumenov are too at this point. He needs some top 15-20 cruisers maybe at a catch weight who won't fold in a couple of rounds whilst he tunes his skills and finesses his conditiong appropriately.

It's not going to be Bika, he just took a beating.
They should keep him busy, especially if he keeps getting easy KO's, he could fight next week if he had to, he needs a couple fights before title shot anyway.
Between Kov/ Stevenson/ Beterbiev there should be some good fights between them. Really can't wait till Kov/ Beterbiev because they have history.

He is too stiff, lol on this little sparring clip, u see Pascal outbox him easily, Kovalev would destroy BeterBiev.
