Why are you manny fans so salty everytime someone picks Floyd to win? Their opinions are more reliable than yours .

Mosley did that in round 2 then gassed out. While Manny will have more left in the tank than Mosley did that night, Manny does not need to give it his all in the first few rounds. Floyd does well against these type of fighters who do NOT know how to pace themselves and have nothing left for the remaining 6-8 rounds.

Manny will more than likely not be doing that for several reasons. Manny will try to just win the rounds at the start of this. If Manny is successful in winning and staying in the lead, Floyd will need to engage more. Floyd engaging more will benefit Manny.

This is not to say that Manny shouldn't drill Floyd if he has the opportunity. He should when the openings are there but not to the point where he left it all in the first few rounds and has nothing left after that.

If you look at those fighters that did well in the first half, you notice how they
looked too tired to continue doing what they did well in the first half.

I have few concerns for Manny coming in to this fight. First is, will he be over anxious to lay his hands on the man who disrespect him all through these years? In doing so he might over commit on his punches living himself off balance and a lot easier to counter. Second, the way he's pushing himself to the limit during his training might not be good for him because of the wear and tear on that body (he is not young and flexible like he used to). And finally, he really seems hell bent to give his countrymen and his fans that win thus putting a lot of responsibilities over his shoulders.

Mosley is way off.. Pac will not be able to hurt floyd early on. What pac needs to do is fight cautious but very busy. The Oscar gameplan is what manny needs to do.

Use that off tempo rhythm in and out, move side to side. Pac needs to stay unpredictable. Attack when least expected, mix in body shots, feints.

Yeah, The Pacquiao fanbase(I mean no offense, But Imma offend) all seem like an unstable bunch. They seem obsessive, and you cant make the same claim for the Mayweather fans because Pacquiao is the one with a cult following, people believe hes a god. I rather the opinion of fighters who have shared the ring with both Mayweather and Pacquiao and know the importance of a BIG fight, over an obsessive fanbase whose opinions would never be swayed by logic or reality.

Floyd is a thinking Fighter so what manny needs to do is every 2-3 rounds or so come out different. Switch it up, when floyd think he has manny figure out that's when pac needs to turn it up. Be unpredictable, make floyd keep guessing.

If manny can stay very busy early on and be able to steal those early rounds. The next couple of rounds pac should be more defensive, be on his toes and let Floyd come to him while pac tags and move like in the rios fight.

If manny can bank In on the early rounds then mid rounds fight more defensive stick and move then the later rounds come back out and be more agressive. If pac is just gonna come out and attack non stop he will not beat floyd like this because floyd is gonna catch him coming in.

Injuries (eg.leg cramps) is a definite concern and a fact. Just look at some of his training sessions and you know that its not fake. Except for the injury concerns, I'm less worried that Manny will over train. He has been in these situations before.


I'm not concerned that Manny will be overly anxious at the start of this fight. They have a game plan going in and I'm sure that Manny will stick to it as long as it's working relatively well (ie. winning the rounds). Even Roach is saying that Manny needs to be spot on and follow the game plan.

Also, unlike many of Floyd's previous opponents, Manny has been fighting in front of large crowds and the spotlight for a long time. Notice that Floyd is not using that line compared to many of his previous opponents. He can't.

I'm almost positive pac is gonna come out super cautious like in the Oscar fight. Quick 1-2 and out for the most part early on. All this talk about pac gonna ko floyd is just mind games, pac will be throwing quick flurries and moving out.

Pacquiao's chin breakable? tell me if Floyd would have taken that ****. Pac took it blind, and it was sent from left field. floyd would have been sleeping cold.

Pacquiao walked through shane and cottos punches...Floyd was wobbling all over the place and had his faced busted up.

What fight was this?? If PAC caught that shot that Mosley threw he would have been TKO'd!! That was everything Mosley had! Had when was Floyd face busted up? Cotto busted his nose with a power jab!! Lol! Mosley hits way harder than Marquez and he dropped PAC twice!! They say that he has a breakable chin because he has been knocked down our out on several occasions even though I still give him credit for having a good chin!!! You PAC fans are dramatic!!!

I don't think Pacman should give up ANY rounds in this fight.

I would say in the first 3 rounds Pacman should throw his power punches at 60% and give Mayweather confidence. Maybe even lower his workrate but still outworking Mayweather.

After the 3rd round, usually after Floyd adjusts, then show him the real Pacquiao.

Pacquiao being such an active fighter must avoid body shots because that's what will slow him down and lower his guard down the stretch.

and this may very well be his downfall. Those jabs to the pit of the stomach floyd uses are gonna play a major role in this fight. I wish someone would ask people who fought floyd how they feel about those. They got to be annoying as fcuk in the fight lol. They're so effective though
