SMH at all this talk about Manny not being able to adjust in fights. If you can't adjust at all, you lose fights. Fast or not, if Manny does the same thing in every fight, his opposition should be able to adjust to his timing and punches and beat him up.

This doesn't happen though and it begs the question: Is Manny's opposition just incapable of making adjustments or does he actually make adjustments that people aren't picking up on? It has to be one of the two situations right? It's not a rhetorical question either...if he is one dimensional and incapable of adjusting, how does he win? It would have to be that his opponents are the ones incapable of making adjustments, so which one is it?

You failed to answer the question, actually you completely avoided it. Marquez had three fights to try and figure Pac out...his faced was all beaten up and it took three previous fights and two losses prior to landing that lucky punch. I mean look at his face....if he didn't get that punch, he was going down in the next round.

My bad, Morales beat him up, and Marquez put him to sleep with the same punch he had been hitting him with the first 3 fights. He had Manny's timing down after the first round in their first fight. Go watch the fight, and listen to Freddie strategy.

Now to my question...

Got it, Pac can't adjust is your answer. How come Pac beat Morales in the next two fights against him, stopped him both times, how did that come about? How did Pac not lose against Marquez the first time if Marquez figured him out. How did he not lose to him the second or third fight?

Now to your question....he got dropped by a punch at the end of the round and KO'd.....how do you adjust from that, you are knocked out. Pac wanted to fight him again to avenge the loss, Marquez didn't want it. You would think he would have jumped at the chance to bury Pac again since he had him all figured out....unless he didn't think he could do that again. Guess we will never know. I can see that KO loss gives you a lot of confidence in Pac's limited abilities, I'm glad that it does. Some fighters don't come back from KO's, some do....I guess we will see on the 2nd if one dimensional Pac is one of those guys or not.

You have to get to Floyd before he gets your timing distance and speed down. One he does that he gets more comfortable and starts to implement his offense.

Floyd vs Castillo I: Castillo, who is a slow starter, got better as the fight progressed. Floyd didn't get any of what you said.

Some of the others who did well and faded was due to that they couldn't do what they did for 12 rounds as they gassed out a bit as the fight progressed. Example is Floyd vs Maidana I. If Maidana could have kept that tempo, it would have been more of the same from round 1 thru 12.
Floyd waits it out until they get tired.
