There is no reason for a war of words. This is already the most anticipated fight since...honestly I don't know, the Bite Fight? Actually this is probably more anticipated because I think a lot of people were beginning to see Tyson was not the unstoppable beast so many people wanted him to be (I didn't realize that at the time, because I was a kid and Tyson was still The Baddest Man on the Planet in my young eyes).

What can trash talk now do that the preceding 5 or so years of trash talk/commentator speculation/fans dreaming hasn't already done? The fight is sold. Hell both men could escape to the mountains away from cameras doing Rocky IV montages and people would still push over their neighbor to watch this. No one is on the fence about if this is something they want to see, so a bit of bluster and talk isn't going to sway any more people to tune in.

On paper it seems like this fight was gonna sell itself but in alot of other forums I read, people are saying they aren't gonna buy the fight cuz

1. Price is too high
2. This fight should've happened 5 years ago

He has a great team that picks the right fights for him and advises him how to use his status in the sport as a leveraging chip to force opponents to "give in" for the payday. Guys have had to move up, move down, wear certain gloves when he is "the best ever" in his own words. "The best ever" would not have to retire once, twice (however many times he has retired for health reasons), and make up all these stipulations if he was the best ever. It's been a smokescreen and when called out on it, the answer is always something like I'm the A-side, you want that money, you make the sacrifices.

Just like the whole Ariza thing....he was dosing Pac up but now that he is with Floyd, there is no talk about all that from their camp is there? LOL....dude is a fake, full of talk and coached by a slick marketing team.

I pick the people that I want to beat him, honestly....the first Maidana fight should have been a draw......that score was straight schit.

Please, I've been around since 2009 with no need for an alt...still got all the same info now as i had when I joined up so ...I'll still be here. You should be the one making contingency plans for when Floyd loses, it's going to get real rough for a few weeks after that aftermath.
