WHY do USADA HAVE TO APPROVE IT? If it's legal, then it should not need a special grant for use. What's so hard for you to get? You don't even know the name of the cream, he is using. We do know it's much more expensive than Xlyocaine, WHICH ALL BOXERS USED, De La Hoya, Mosley, and even PACQUIAO. It is LEGAL to use, but not within a certain time period, and certainly banned on fight night. People have this notion to only associate Mayweather with this pain numbing medicine, when basically ALL fighter's used it. I doubt Mayweather goes against the rules, he was able to feel Maidana bite his hand for fck sake. You desperate as hell bro to save Pac's image.

These the same guys that a few weeks ago, try to place a penalty cap on a failed drug test. Now they are claiming leg cramps as a legitimate reason, so USADA can approve their use for a banned substance.

That's a terrible example and post, bro.

How so? One is being use to relieve pain while training and then other one is being use during the fight. One is temporarily relief, the other one has duration. Most people who have chronic back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, or any muscle pain uses compound cream such as myself to relieve the pain, it has a deep penetrating effect unlike bengay or other over the counter muscle relaxant. It can rub off and it'll be gone. The other one is injectable hence long lasting effect.

Pacquiao has 4 S&C coaches, including the infamous Justin Fortune who was caught with a dirty test for synthetic testosterone. I am sure Pacquiao's team has done their research and was also provided a bunch of information by USADA to what is allowed, and to what is not.
