Top Rank promoter Bob Arum is pleased over Nonito "The Filipino Flash" Donaire's and has discussed plans for a July fight in Macau nto keep the momentum of his 2nd round TKO victory over Brazil's William Prado before an enthusiastic crowd at the Araneta Coliseum last Saturday.
Arum told BoxingScene.com/New Standard - "I'm glad Nonito did well" and said his manager Cameron Dunkin "came over to the office to discuss the possible opponents" for the July fight card in Macau.
He said - "no conclusion yet (on an opponent) but said "it won't be a title fight."
Prior to returning to Las Vegas to reunite with wife Rachel and son Jarrel, Donaire said he was eager to resume training for his planned return to the ring in July.
