Maidana is bigger, stronger, pushes his opponents around and can fight on the inside. One of the worst comparisons someone can make, but i see a lot of Pac Stans making it.

maybe they think maidana is just a push over because hes lost a fight before, i never understood the comparison, as he was 20+ lbs heavier than floyd, fights great on the inside, and has a hard akward style that is in no way comparable to pacs... chino with garcia in his corner gives any WW trouble and beats alot of them

Seems to me that Floyd is developing his strength not for a knockout, but will need it just to keep Manny off him the entire fight. If Floyd tries that picking him off and moving **** and Manny is behind by the middle rounds he will start walking though some of Floyds punches and landing a ton of combos.

I'd love to see Floyd try to go for a knockout against Manny. It would be like watching Floyd walk into a meat shredder. If margarito couldn't overpower Pacquiao,I doubt that Floyd will.

i can see floyd going for the kill if he has pac hurt ONLY because of the shiiet talking he has recieved from the fans and media for so many years now. floyd and manny is going into this fight to prove a point. i honestly can see floyd going in for the kill if pac is hurt and i dont even like floyd.

Floyd engages more now because his foot work is not as good as it used to be. He's doing this for survival and not to please the fans. Floyd always claims my health comes first but he's easier to trap now.

he was heavier than floyd on fight night he hydrated to 167... so maybe 20+ pounds is a bit of an overstatement... either way the weight played a factor in how he was able to do certain things...
