Wow, ward has fought in Oakland like....4 times, i guess facts dont matter. I remember on here, it was Ward wont leave oakland but now hes shattered that falsehood.

Most of his world title fights have been in Oakland.

Andre Ward has a high guarantee, and the pound is the highest valued currency and he and Froch can sell out a stadium out there! Ward is a shrewd business man similar to Mayweather he is not going to get dominated nor surrender at the negotiating table. Why have you decided that it's Froch who doesn't want it? I don't think either of them particularly want it. Both are posturing to the public.

We know Froch really wants the Chavez Jr fight and we know that Ward has been putting names like Oozthuizen forward to the networks for his return fight.

The fight is being mandated. Carl Froch has been out for a year himself, has been having wars whilst Andre has sat on his arse. Also, unlike Andre, Froch actually has other big fights available to him which will pay more.

I mean if you're going to suck off Ward for taking this fight, then you better make room for the Cobra in your mouth too.

They both have to take the fight or drop their belts. It's nothing to do with either of them being throwback heroes. I appreciate the romanticism for your guy though.

Carl Froch had wars with George Groves. That's not an accomplishment, that's actually quite embrassing. Almost as bad as rejecting a fight vs. Ward in England. Unless Ward comes to his granny's back fanny.
