Soto Karrass is definitely a good gate keeper at WW.

    Linares at lightweight.

Jhonny Gonzalez will be one at featherweight.

Vanes Martirosyan will be one at jr. MW.

Its a bit harsh to call linares a gatekeeper the guy is a 3 weight world champ. He has got a bad chin but apart from that is a really good fighter.

But look who he beat for those titles. First, all 3 of his title wins were for the vacant versions, meaning he never actually beat a champion to become champion. Linares is the definition of a paper champion. To add insult to injury, the guys he beat to win the vacant titles did not deserve the title shots. Props to him for being handed titles over to him, but he never beat any champ for them.

if linares loses to kevin mccallister he is officially a gatekeeper although i wouldn't have him guarding my gate with his glass chin

at HW it's either Thompson or arreola now. arreola is always a dark horse because of his chin, heart & aggressiveness. he reminds me of ray mercer in a lot of ways...
