Why is GGG too big for Floyd?...Canelo wasn't.

    Just curious.....

At fight night he's not bigger than Canelo. Canelo always comes into the ring between 165-173 pounds. Against Floyd I believe he was 165 pounds. GGG weighed in at 167 on fight night against Murray.

Nobody said Canelo was too big but people claim GGG is "too big" when he's pretty much the same size as Canelo.

As long as GGG can make 154 the fight makes sense. If you don't like the fight, it's OK but don't say this fight should not be made because of the size difference. Had size been an issue Floyd should've never fought Canelo.

Just give it up. Floyd and GGG are not fighting. GGG is a real middleweight with huge power. Floyd's a small welterweight. Canelo is the same size but has campaigned at 154 (reachable by many welterweights) and if he moved up to middleweight, he'd be small in comparison to some of the middleweight guys until he grows into it. No one wants to see Floyd-Golovkin but people who want to see Floyd lose. It won't be because of skills, it will be because of size. Now Canelo-GGG is more of a fair fight size/skill wise.

According to Floyd's fans, they would be thrilled if Floyd gets another title at 160 and were all for it ...... until people mentioned GGGs name. Then all of a sudden, Floyd is too small.

Most people acknowledge that 154lbs is too big for Floyd to compete at. Floyd has only competed at junior middleweight twice for BIG MONEY fights. If GGG were to become a PPV draw then maybe we could ponder this fight having a realistic chance of getting made... until then keep scheming and dreaming of the a magic Floyd boogie man that'll beat him.

Just curious... If GGG can make 154lbs so easily then why not fight Lara, Andrade, or Canelo at 154lbs? GGG has fought a lot of 154lbers but only at his preferred weight of 160lbs. And if size isn't that big of an issue than GGG shouldn't have said he would fight a Chavez Jr. at 168lbs but not an Andre Ward. But Ward isn't active doe...

Why is there such a fixation for GGG to fight WW's, and not MW's and higher?

The "Cobra" would love to snatch some GGG glory, or is that asking too much.

You guys seem to circle-jerk on this topic every other week

Find me one post of a Floyd fan being thrilled and asking FLoyd to move at 160 lbs.

                    Thanks
