Comments Thread For: Froch: Golovkin Small, Ward Unlikely, Chavez Possible

WBA 'regular' super middleweight champion Carl Froch is still figuring out the next move for his career. The World Boxing Association recently ordered their "super champion" at 168-pounds, Andre Ward, to face Froch in a rematch. The two sides are not in line for the location. If they don't reach an agreement, the fight will head to a purse bid. Ward decisioned Froch in the final round of the Super Six tournament in December 2011.

Ward is open to the idea of the fight taking place in England, maybe, but rejects the idea of going to Froch's hometown of Nottingham. Froch does not believe the fight will happen because he doubts Ward will travel over to fight him in the UK.

I reckon GGG would beat Froch tbh. Ward (on his game) would beat him again but who knows what he'll be like if/when he comes back?

If you think GGG would beat Froch you are delusional. GGG has not beat no one at middleweight just a bunch of bums, he has never faced a power puncher in his own division, in the 168 he will get hit a lot specially from this guys who are a lot bigger than him.

Meh, Froch deserves it. He did things the right way for a long time.
