You can cherry pick a lot of facts,why was Maidana unable to knock out an old Corley?He must not punch hard....fact is Porter started his career at Middle and worked his way down to welterweight and has above average power at Welterweight.Also if Paulie was so easy to knock out than why didn't Broner,Cotto,or Cano do it even when he was stopped in the past he was still on his feet.
