Honestly, i'd rather cherry pick my way to a big fight than avoid fights and be inactive hoping to land a big Mayweather fight like Khan has done.

Yeah Khan you did finally fight and beat Alexander (after Porter did), but you didn't wanna fight him in 2013 incase it messed up your Mayweather payday which you didn't get anyway. At least Brook is fighting.

Also, just look at who Khan has fought since he got flattened by Garcia. I'd say Brook's win over Porter is better than those and Dan is no worse than blown up LW's Molina and Diaz and an alcoholic. Plus he was mandatory anyway. Also, Porter beat Khan's latest opponent.

Khan you might have a few decent names on your record but since being folded like a chair against Garcia you have done nothing in the welterweight division. You can't live off former glories forever, fight Brook or Thurman or some other good top 5 WW and lets see what you can do.

Or just be honest, say you don't wanna fight Brook because you are petrified of the possibility of being KO'd in your own country by a fellow countryman on a huge stage.
