Fck no, Porters not a better boxer than Maidana. That guy is very basic when coming forward and that's about all he does and his also like Maidana, once you back him up his done for. I well ageee with you that Porter is more physical, but a good jab is all it takes to brake his rhythm. Brook did it with ease and in his last fight that dude gave him the same problems. Maidana is also a much better thinker when he plans his attacks in the early rounds, but when he gasses up its a free for all with him

        Brook beats him.

Maidana is good and much improved, but what does he have when his dirty, inside game is taken away? Alexander took it away and beat him, more recently Mayweather took it away in the rematch and beat him easy.

Maidana also has poor stamina and can be dropped, to head and body.

Brook wins. He can't fight on the inside but he'll be strong enough to hold and control Maidana like he did Porter.

lol@porter being a better boxer than maidana

maidana wud lay him out flat

porter is way to easy to hit, doesnt have a jab, did u see his last fight, that bum bonne was landing at will on porter

noway porter can withstand the power of maidana, i dont see porter making it to the end

he does a lot of things better than maidana: he's faster, he's got better footwork and probably has a better chin as well

maidana would beat him on awkwardness and experience at this point...if porter manages to improve himself with his father I'd say he'd have the edge over maidana in 6-12 months...his last fight wasn't telling at all as the guy was a VERY late replacement

that being said I don't think porter was ready to be IBF champ when he was...neither was Alexander (ever) for that matter

Would you prefer I lie and say I think Maidana wins?

You seems very upset towards Brook, I wonder why...

Surprised at how open he is about it. He expects Maidana to come back but he doesn't think Maidana has the hunger or discipline anymore. He says he's changed in recent years, especially since his kid was born.
