    Fans are Pawns.

Its all about collecting the most $$$ from every opportunity that Adonis has left considering his advance age of 37. The plan all along was to build up the fight with Kovalev even more to cash in on the fans, for the biggest payday possible.

Stevenson probably will get clipped at some point by Kovalev imo, don't think he can survive 12rds with that chin, but we'll see.....I just personally feel fans should be more aware that they are really the PAWNS being used.

Should be one hell of a fight. Man there is just something about the best facing the best that just can't be replaced.

And this is true 50-50 I think. Their styles mesh together really well and both guys could end it with one punch. Plus it would crown the only undisputed champion in the sport. It really needs to happen.

I think Al the hustler Haymon will win this bid and just CAN the fight somehow, protecting his scrub fighter, and perpetuating the myth that hes actually a champ and worth anybody giving a damn about. Ducked kovalev ducked pascal and hopkins cant fight beterbiev because they have the same promoter, i mean really stevenson what good are you.

So is Stevenson finally ready to accept a big last payday in boxing? He will lose this and retire. Maybe he realized hes past it and wants to leave with a ****....My honest opinion is this fight should have happened 2 years ago but i would have picked Kovalev to win anyway.

No way Duva wins... they just outbid Hearn with 3 million to put a fight in Boston.....-_-

              They will lose.
As for Duva, she's currently renegotiating their deal with HBO, so we'll see what they do with that.

Also their IBF mandatory is up in the air... but the deal could always be for later in the year rather than the summer/early fall.... which would let Kov take out Najib quickly

Damn this is going to be a great year in boxing. First mayweather pacquiao, then klitschko and wilder both saying they want to unify the titles, and now both stevenson and kovalev on a sure collision course to unify the light heavyweight division. Hopefully cotto stops ducking canelo and we get to see that fight made too. Hopefully pacquiao unifies all the titles this year too, that would be pretty epic if all this falls into place

As much as I don't like Stevenson mainly because he has been running from the best in his division, he is still a top light heavyweight so I doubt a loss to kovalev would be a last big payday.

Can you imagine this fight on NBC? That would be sick.
