I don't think he will KO Kirkland within 4. If he doesn't, I wouldn't be worried and if he DID... I wouldn't be surprised.

I remember the press conference, they were trying to sell the fight as an action packed affair (which could very well be), and someone in the crowd pops in and shouts "none of that Mayweather ****" and Oscar starts laughing. I think it's a dangerous fight for Canelo, Kirkland is the first truly hard puncher he will have faced come fight night.

I think Canelo will likely drop him early but we know Kirkland always gets back up.

Even when Ishida stopped him he still kept getting back up.

Kirklands easy to hurt but he's not easy to put away. He has tremendous heart.

I think Canelo needs to pace himself, use his skills and counter punch. If he starts to gass then Kirkland will put it on him and probably stop him.

If Canelo picks him off and keeps catching him coming in he will likely stop him in the mid-late rounds.

Either way I don't see it going 12.

        I'm picking Canelo by stoppage.

Something tells me Kirkland hits harder than Jose Cotto. This could be an interesting fight.

I'll tell you one thing, Canelo has a savage and short temper within him, he isn't this humble pretty boy he's made out to be.

Anyone that knows him personally in more than a superficial level, can tell you he has a short fuse. He can be a mean dude. He's also arrogant and has no compassion in the ring even in sparring.

Hopefully Kirkland is in shape, this is the fight of his career. This can turn into a really fun fight.

You can't be serious. Ishida dropped kirkland 3 times in the first round!!! albeit he wasn't with wolfe (she keeps him "warmed up" so he can absorb punches better)

I expect kirkland to get dropped at least 2 times in the 1st 3 rounds.
