i'm not double talking.
you have reading problems.
i'm pointing out cotto has the power/leverage to get fights with most fighter 147-168.
k9 isn't a mw. i suggest you look him up on that INTERNET thing you're were talking about.Comment

I just read their rules, and its pathetic reading. A champion must defend against his mando at least once a year etc. However the important, and lame bit States that the WBC at its sole discretion can Grant exceptions as it wishes. In other words rubberband sold by the inch.
So it appears as if Cotto can do whatever he pleases, which leads to a question of what people think is reasonable in this instance. What do you think? GGG has been mando for god knows how long. When do you think its reasonable for him to get a shot at the title?Comment

He should have got it instead of Cotto, but Martinez picked him. And in typical WBC fashion, Cotto was given a voluntary. He was planning to fight in December as I stated, but Freddie training Manny in the Philippines was an issue so that's why they waited to figure something out in Jan. At which point it was Floyd/Canelo and neither one worked out for whatever reason.I just read their rules, and its pathetic reading. GGG should have a shot right now, but again Cotto gets a voluntary like every fighter gets after winning the title. Yes, it's taken forever and it sucks even more that GGG has to wait but that's just the situation we're in. Should Cotto give GGG a shot out of the goodness of his heart and love of the sport... Sure, but I'm not going to **** on him for taking his voluntary first instead.Comment
