I personally think Brook wants Khan and believes he can beat Khan.

Beyond that, he'll try and set up a biggish name in the top 5-10, like Khan does, a safe, named fighter who keeps his profile high. It'll be a month after FvM, then he will use that exposure to fight Manny more than likely. I'd assume the floyd fight won't happen. So, Khan says no, he beats Marquez or someone on June, then sets up a massive fight with Manny at Wembley, 80,000. Massive payday for both.

Thurman is unrealistic with the options available to him.

No one in the division with a belt is realistically going to call out thermal.

I'd also forgive the guy for not mentioning everyone, considering he was emotional, just finished boxing, adrenaline rush etc. He was clearly pushing the Khan fight.

This is why those names initially came out during that post-fight interview, those names have been pretty much drilled in his head over the past few weeks.
