Ok so basically Pacquiao fans believe that if Floyd knocks Pacquiao out then he was on roids.

I wish they will look at that Canelo Alvarez fight in the 8th round when Floyd had Canelo on the ropes and was battering him after walking him down. They also should look at the 8th round of the Guerrero fight where he cut his eye open and kept sniping him with power shots, having Guerrero morale so low that you can see Guerrero scared and quitting inside.

Mayweather has shown that he does have punching power, not herculean punching power but ENOUGH to hurt and damage fighters bigger than him. Mayweather does have fragile hands but he also has skills that allow him to preserve himself, why destroy your money makers? Roy makes a solid point of Floyd skills being so superior that he never had to sit down and use his full power on his punches.

That Mosley fight shows what happens when Floyd sits down... look at that second round again and pay attention to those short uppercuts to the body. Floyd sapped the energy out of Mosley. Also in that fight's 8th and 10th rounds he could had knocked Mosley out, but you can tell he wanted to preserve Mosley for some reason. I think Mayweather is more of a sadist for not knocking him out in that fight where his head was being constantly snapped back.

The most deceptive thing about Floyd is his punching power. He has power but he throws at such a low volume it's impossible for him to get knockouts against the guys he fights.

Even then with the few punches he does throw, he manages to hurt very durable strong guys. Look at the beat down Thurman put on Guerrero, he landed many big shots on him and had him wobbled before he would go on to eventually knock him down.

why are we fans even discussing this? it's futile and a waste of energy. floyd should just relax and enjoy. this is the easiest fight in his entire career. he should not even have to involve ariza or memo. he should just stop training and reserve his energy for the easiest fight of his career. he should tell senior to shut up and let him do the work in the ring.
