Thats not something Manny or Floyd would need though. But who knows, he might have some other stuff around too......but i dont care lets just say both are roided im fine with it. He tested for that because a trainer can train you but if you can't put the fork down then you will be physically fit and fat. Hence the use of diuretics. Rios had never trained that way before and it actually increases your appetite by a lot. Pac is more disciplined with a natural metabolism higher than Rios. If Rios was on PEDs he would've been ripped like Vargas was, out of nowhere. Diuretics just drain water, no performance enhancing effects at all.

The reason why they are saying that is because Mayweather has been tested by USADA for years now..... when Pacquiao was with Ariza he refused to be blood tested.

Also, I am pretty sure that the initial reason why Mayweather hired Ariza is for inside-info, and mind-games..... he aint gonna change much now.
