Comments Thread For: Cleverly Eyes 175 Run: I'll Rip The Belt From Braehmer!

Juergen Braehmer retained his WBA 'regular' light heavyweight title after stopping Robin Krasniqi inside 10 rounds in Rostock, Germany. Braehmer, 36, was made to work in the fourth defence of his title but after landing a barrage of heavy blows in the ninth the fight was waved off as his fellow German attempted to come out for the 10th.

Victory saw Braehmer extend his record to 46-2 (34 KO), while Krasniqi slipped to his fourth defeat as he was stopped for the first time in 47 contests.

        braehmar would beat him easily

cleverly doesnt even train properly anymore

he was unbelievably gassed in the bellew fight

check the in-rin post fight interview, he was still breathing heavy, that just shows he was in terrible shape

he is a joke of a professional athlete

It's hilarious to think there may come a point where the WBA calls for a purse bid between Kovalev & Cleverly.

cleverlys got no skills, he has courage but he dont move his feet hows he going to cut the ring off, id could train him better than what he's being trained with zero sparring experience. Bellew beat him badly cause bellew atleast has technique.

Cleverly should either make a total commitment to boxing (get in tip top condition) or retire. His effort against Bellew was disappointing to say the least.
