Arum took it personally and is trying to bid up the services of K9 here. Cotto is in a no win situation with his fight in June, unless he's fighting Canelo or GGG he's going to take heat, might as well let Arum lose his ass on some bull**** fight that nobody will care about.

TR does not have the fighters at 140 and 147 for Tim to excel. So now, he is forced to move up in weight. He is now very limited. There is no shame in losing to Pacquioa, who is an all time great. But by moving up in weight, he will be taking losses to much lesser fighters simply because he lacks size and power. I think Tim was fighting for legacy when he 1st faced Manny, now he is strictly fighting for pay days.
If he would stay down at 147 and fight those guys, he has a very good chance at being the top guy at that weight. He has the skills, experience, and speed to beat guys like Thurman, Maidana, Guerrero, Brook, Porter, and Khan. With that type of resume, he would be a first ballot hall of famer. But, what does a win vs Bundrage truly mean??? Then where does he go after that??? I'm happy for him and his family. He has made great money fighting under TR, but his legacy will never reach its full potential fighting under their banner.
