This issue is a victory for the Mayweather camp. I sense panic on Pacquiaos people, seems they were trying (Or will PED) and receive a slap in the wrist. It was proposed for the actually contract it's video of manny saying he asked for it was rejected by both floyd and arum because all the fighters would be getting is 5mil for a failed test when you can sue for your purse koncz then tried to get it written in the usada contract and was rejected again

USADA always gets people after the fact, it happens a lot. The fight won't get stopped, at least as long as Floyd or Manny don't flip.

There will be suspensions and **** but that would be after the fight, ending that guys career anyway.

What's your point? It wasn't proposed for the actual contract. Ellerbe says it was never mentioned as well as Fan Rafael. Pacquiao didn't even know the details of his own offer. So I'm sure you don't either.
