Pacquiao NEVER refused random drug testing. He just wanted a cut off of a few weeks before the fight for giving blood. No blood taken in the final 2 weeks before a fight - that's it. Random drug testing before that, random urine tests in that 2 weeks, and blood and urine samples given immediately after the fight.

The Mayweathers have won dispite having to settle out of court for defamation. Every major boxing news outlet always parrots the moronic lie that Pacquiao refused random drug testing in 09/10.

Can you not read!? The penalty for a dirty test is much higher then 5 million, so why would you try to negotiate a fine that is lower.

Pacquiaos team tried to throw in a 5 million penalty cap for failed drug test, and Mayweather rejected it BECAUSE he would get much MORE than 5 million if Pacquiao failed a test, and vice-versa which is why Arum is on record saying he also rejected it(The confusion lies in Pacquiaos camp) do some research.

Floyd is gonna fail a test, fight gets canceled, he claims inadvertent use and tries to weasel out of it.

Why dey keep saying Manny didnt agree to random drug testing.....dats a lie...He always agreed he just wanted a cut off date.....which kept getting closer to the fight date, in later negotiations.

Manny agreed to random testing as long as he was notified him or give dates of when they where going to test..

If Mayweather test dirty, then he would only pay 5 million dollars. If he's suspended it would hurt him, but it would not benefit Pacquiao. The only benefit Pac would get is 5 million.

Without that ****** 5 million dollar agreement, Pacquiao could go after Mayweather for a lot more. He could claim that the drug test ruined the fight and ruined his potential earnings of 80 million dollars plus. I'm pretty sure Bob Arum explained this very exact thing in a video somewhere.

You must ask yourself, why would idiot Koncz be wanting to limit Mayweather's liability? Unless of course, this is simply a cheap publicity stunt......

I think Manny Pacquiao should open a school for his fans to go and learn how to read and comprehend what they reading because seriously these Pacquiao fans on Boxingscene are dumb as s#!t. Arum is clearly playing 2 sides cause I'm sure he knew Koncz was gonna ask for the 5 mill penalty then when Team Floyd said HELL NO Arum try the ole "I told them not to ask for that" oldest trick in the book. Ain't nobody making me believe Arum didn't know what was going on. GO TEAM MONEY!!!!!
