He never says he wants them because from what i read he only wants Cotto next. He says no to Ward, Quilin. Yes to Chavez, yes to Canelo after he first gets a PPV fight and yes to Cotto. seems to me like he ducks Ward and Quilin.

He's not saying he won't fight, he's ranking the top five guys he WANTS to fight. These are specifically the guys Golovkin said he wants. He said he wants Cotto because he is the mandatory and that they are intending to enforce his mandatory status next. Makes sense that's the fight he wants the most, as he should it's his right to fight for the crown.

So how about the other guys on that list that he stated "not yet" basically?
