Ward just attempted to get a tune up fight approved by HBO and was rebuffed. IF he was interested in fighting GGG, he would have proposed it to HBO by now and we would have heard about it.

Regardless of that, PPV should not be an excuse laid out by GGG or Ward, because none of those 2 are PPV fighters yet and it makes them look like an hypocrite regarding other big names e.g Cotto in GGG case.
