The reporter asked about a "Bet" assuming it was a personal one. Arum corrected him and said it actually wasnt a bet but a stipulation in the contract to which both declined.

If for some reason Manny test positive Both Mayweather Promotions and Top Rank could sue Pacquiao for damages and lost wages(Tho knowing Arum he would just take it out of Manny's next fights rather then go through litigation).

Lets say God Forbid Pac fails the test but is due 80mil guaranteed and Arum gets 20% promotional fees he also could sue Manny for the $16mil he just lost out on.. thats why BOTH Ellerbe and Arum rejected it. Koncz is looking out for Manny's best interest, he's Manny's advisor not Arums. Essentially "the language" in the contract according the Arum and Ellerbe would've prevented further litigation had Floyd OR Manny failed the test.

There is no separate contact for USADA contrary to the belief of some. Its all under the original contract that's already been agreed upon. There is no modifying a contact once its been signed and dates unless agreed upon by all parties, which wont happen because there is too much money to be had.

Floyd fans continue to amaze me with their blatant ignorance and lack of critical thinking....neither floyd NOR pac can limit ANY damages from testing positive because they don't impose sanctions on each other, DUMBASSES...The organizations surrounding the fight and boxing would impose any sanctions against either boxer for testing positive...SO, Pac's addition of $5 million "fine" is imposed between the two fighters and would have to come out of the fighters pocket that would test positive...that is $5 million above and beyond whatever fines are doled out by nevada, etc.....No contract between the two can do **** to limit anything from the boxing sanctioning bodies...****ing gold tooth, pant sagging, knockout game having, single parent ****ups...EDUCATE YOURSELF, dip****s...good god almighty....
