If somebody does fail a drug test, is there any law or blurb in the contract that requires them to pay a significant amount to the other party that far exceeds $5 million?

As it is to me. But we're talking in relative terms (to what both fighters earn per fight) which I you seem intelligent enough to understand. Assuming you do, explain how $5 million fine is worse than possible loss of earnings on this fight and no more fights, effectively.
