Pacquiao wanted the $5 Million IN ADDITION to the ban and whatever tens of millions he could get from Floyd when Floyd tests positive for PEDs. But Floyd did not want to pay the extra $5 Million which is dumb since that amount is nothing compared to the over $80 Million which Pac could win from him when he (Mayweather) tests positive for PEDs.

Floyd just wanted to get his way. $5 Million means nothing to both he and Manny yet he (Floyd) does not want to pay extra when he tests positive. The drug testing is what cleaning up the sport not the "fine". The 5 million is limiting the liability. Without the 5 million limit, then can sue for more than that, because Floyd would be liable for breach, which stop Manny's earning his 80 mil and upwards.
