He looked like a small light heavyweight against kovalev and now wants I move up a few more weigh classes. I'd rather see him go down try his luck at people like andre Dirrell froch rematch groves ward ect

He was hit too hard, Pascal needs protecting from himself. Stiverne would have him walking on his heals.I wouldn't like to even think of what damage Pascal would endure.

Guess we know that Pascal has a brain injury, he was comparing himself to the other 175 fighters that moved up to heavy. When other fighters have moved up, they are usually undefeated and need a challenge, not coming off of a KO loss.
This fight should not be allowed, Pascal gets laid out.
There was a time when Roy was going to fight Buster Douglas, but Roy Sr. talked Roy out of it, he told him not to do it. There is a reason there is weight classes.
He needs to be looked at before continuing his career, lost his mind.

I know heavyweights are bigger these days, but before cruiserweight existed, didn't light heavy's make the move up to fight heavyweights all the time?

I think its partly Pascal's way of staying progressive and relevant , especially in Canada.

Hatians stick together like any nationality does(except Americans we have no loyalty). He just thinks it's a big money fight. Pascal would get put right to sleep. It would have made more sense if he did it when Stiverne had a belt but now?

I thought it was funny at first but after thinking about it if Pascal did get up to 210 & he fought Stiverne (240-250) it would be interesting. I doubt Pascal could take Stiverne's best shots but he'd have to hit him first. This could be a big money fight in Quebec. It could be the biggest payday Stiverne will ever get. He got $900000 to fight Wilder if I haven't mistaken. IF Stiverne lost he would most certainly be done but he is almost 37 anyway. He isn't going to get bigger paydays climbing back up the HW ladder unless he gets another title shot. He would have to win a fight or 2 first. I'd almost think it is worth it financially...
