Are you serious? We know this by Haymon's history. He got booted and boycotted off of HBO because he was trying to strong arm them to overpay for his guys to fight bums. Last year nothing but terrrible mismatches on Showtime. So far in 2 cards of PBC not one single fight has seen an upset. The first card on NBC saw all the fights open with a vegas 10-1 or higher odds. Haymon is known for protecting his fighters and puts on mismatches to inflate their records. And he currently has beef with all the major promoters. So what you are going to get is mismatches in his own stable pool. You aint seeing his guys fight any of the champions and top fighters from other big promoters. So how are we getting "the best possible" fights? His first fight card he refused to let his fighters hold up their world titles. Why do you think that is? Because he's rumored to be creating his own boxing league with his own belts. Which means none of his guys will be fighting the best fighters in the world. They will instead just be fighting his own guys. That's just what boxing needs more walls to prevent the best fighting the best.

Has there been an upset on any HBO card this year? we know why last year was bad. it's a new year.

Really one promoter you can name what about Golden Boy, or Top Rank or Roc Nation, or Main Events? He's refused or been banned from working with all of them. Before the deals were announced there were "rumors" Al was trying to buy up time space on Network TV to start his own league. Then months later those deals are announced and his first card the announcer REFUSES to announce the world titles his fighters have. They Refused to let any fighter or their entourage hold up any belts. De emphasize is BS and you know it. All PBC shows are all his own fighters. So what does that sound like to you? His cards, his fighters no mention of belts. Sorry Haymon is such a shady guy that we have to go by rumors because he doesn't show his face or do interviews. roc nation isn't a major promoter. Floyd v Manny is working with TR. if Stevenson and Kov fight, that's working with Main events. We know why he isn't working with GBP.
