ESPN will televise Premier Boxing Champions, a series created for television by Haymon Boxing, featuring top-level fights between many of boxing’s biggest names. The multi-year agreement was announced today. For the most part I like this. I like the increased reach. I like the cross network platform. I love the SportCenter and regular ESPN coverage. I am sad to see FNF go away. I think that was a great platform and I am unsure if the PBC events will really replace this. I would have preferred this deal to go into place but have FNF stay in place, even if in a reduced schedule format.

Still, I shouldn't complain. More boxing and more options is a great thing.

Great news! The more shows he has, the sooner he runs out of money and we can get back to real boxing instead of this crap he is spoon feeding all the easy to please casuals.
