Manny Pacquiao at least has this right, God decides ALL outcomes in Life, there is no power not under is control and ultimate authority. Giving Glory to God who holds all life in the palm of his hand is a wise and good thought.

But as God is the Beginning and the End, truth be told, the outcome has already been decided by God, now it just needs to play its self out in real time.
