I would suggest you take a look at central and south America to understand what REAL povery looks like. You have peasants living on 11 cents per day in these places. Poverty is relative my friend. Do you even know the history of puerto rico and how the american military ordered by a "temporary governer" ordered the massacre of hundreds of puerto ricans in lares? And its not that they refuse to work, there are almost no jobs out there cuz the factories up and left to outside the country for manufacturing.

Your people are beyond help anymore, they've reached a point where they will either have to join the union or sell their island to pay their debts. If Cotto drops his middleweight world title then more power to him no matter who he fights. If he keeps the middleweight title and fights anybody less than a top 7 world rated middleweight after a year's wait then he is a garbage champ in my opinion. Bundrage doesn't cut as a middleweight challenger.

Really? Explain the 50 million peasants who take refuge in the USA. Those who risk death to come to the USA if Mexico is the place to be? Explain the 100 billion PER YEAR tab that the US taxpayer has to shell out to feed illegal immigrants who cross our border? PER YEAR.
