He is a legitimate fighter and a 2nd tier contender. Brook should beat him, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was close.

Dan doesn't have the skills to thoroughly compete with Brook imo. Or the punch.

It might not be an 'easy' fight, but if it goes 12, and I doubt it will, then I don't see Dan winning many rounds.
