Would have been better if neither of them took tests, its a waste of time and passing a drug test does not prove you are not on gear not that I have anything against PEDS.

Its weird how even in the press conference they brought up the issue of pacquiao turning down the tests back in 09. Even Steven Espinoza keeps saying it over and over.
