There was evidence that Armstrong was on PEDs a decade ago. He's been chased after for quite some time. All the guys you mentioned got caught for a fact by the way.

Heredia is VERY UNLIKELY to work with ANY American boxer in regards to PEDs because of his history. He was a big Federal Informant. If he gets caught aiding a U.S. athlete with PEDs, he is going to do MAJOR prison time. He escaped prison because he was a big informant.

It is way more likely, Heredia would help a non-American athlete, on non-American territory, as he wouldn't risk jail time. Toying with American athletes in regards to PEDs, he is risking guaranteed jail time.

Armstrong never tested positive. But there was a cover up by the testers.

The reason why he got found out was because his team mates grassed him up.
