Why are you minimizing Dawson's win vs. a 47-year old Hopkins when Kovalev's best victory remains a 49-year old Hopkins?

I'm not. I'm just saying that is the only meaningful fight Dawson has won since the Glen Johnson rematch. You realize how long that's been? And the bigger point is that he was coming off a 10 round beating where he was drained. Just look at Dawson since that fight. He was iced in one by Stevenson, looked like garbage beating one nobody and lost to another. The Ward fight ruined him.
