Because he bench presses 450lbs?? In HighSchool I use to bench press 300lbs, and I was not the least bit athletic, if anything I was the opposite, I was just a bigger guy.

So I wouldn't be shocked if a dude with the work ethic of Pascal "being a athlete" can possible bench press around 450lb.

Only oral steroids (pills) cause acne...they are very toxic (hence acne when you sweat them out of your skin) and a different class of steroid form injectables. They stay in your system a long time and are easily detected for this reason. Athletes who have to get tested don't use them. They use water based injectable steroids that quickly clear your system. They are not very toxic at all and don't cause acne. Acne on a boxer is not usually a sign of steroid use. There are all kinds of reasons for acne. A very common one is shaving.

BTW...that pic of marks on the back of Marquez is likely rope marks.
